These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of services provided by First Frontier Labs ("Company", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Company Information

First Frontier Labs provides IT consulting and business process automation services, including process optimization, system integration, software implementation, and digital transformation consulting.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and authorized to enter into a binding agreement on behalf of yourself or your organization.

3. Services

We provide customized consulting and technical services based on client requirements. All services are delivered on a project or hourly basis, as agreed in writing.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information

  • Supply necessary access and credentials

  • Respond to requests in a timely manner

  • Review and approve deliverables

  • Ensure they have authority to request services

Delays caused by missing client input may affect timelines.

5. Proposals and Agreements

All projects are governed by written proposals, statements of work (SOW), invoices, or email confirmations. These documents define scope, pricing, and timelines.

6. Payments

Clients agree to pay all fees as outlined in invoices or agreements. Payment terms must be respected. Late payments may result in suspension of services.

7. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client receives rights to deliverables created specifically for them, unless otherwise agreed.

We retain ownership of:

  • Pre-existing tools

  • Frameworks

  • Libraries

  • Templates

  • Know-how and methodologies

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public business, technical, or financial information shared during the engagement.

9. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue increases, or operational results. All services are provided on a professional best-effort basis.

10. Third-Party Services

We may use or integrate third-party tools or platforms. We are not responsible for the performance, availability, or policies of third-party services.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages

  • We are not liable for loss of profits, data, or business opportunities

  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the services in question

12. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. Upon termination, the client must pay for all work completed up to that point.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services means acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
