  • The Company determines it cannot deliver the agreed services.

Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

4. Partial Refunds

If work has already begun, we may issue a partial refund based on:

  • Work completed

  • Time invested

  • Resources allocated

  • Third-party costs incurred

  • Administrative expenses

Completed work remains billable.

5. Milestone-Based Projects

For projects completed in stages:

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing:

  • Accurate project information

  • Required access credentials

  • Timely feedback

  • Necessary approvals

  • Requested documentation

Project delays caused by the client do not create refund eligibility.

If a client cancels a project after work has begun, payment remains due for all services performed up to the cancellation date.

Requests to change project scope may require a revised proposal and additional fees.

8. Third-Party Costs

Fees paid to third parties are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Cloud service providers

  • Software licenses

  • Domain registrations

  • Hosting services

  • External platforms

  • Other third-party vendors

These costs are separate from our consulting fees.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing and should include:

  • Client name

  • Invoice number
